OPPORTUNITY

Employee Training for the Best Janitorial Services

Learn about the two different opportunities and determine which is best for you.

1. Franchise

Your personal and financial growth is in your hands. And, as other MOM franchise owners have discovered, if you’re ambitious and work hard, your business will bring you income opportunities in addition to the revenues generated directly from your work.

You’re an ideal candidate to become a MOM Franchisee if you:

  • Prefer being your own boss
  • Want a business where your effort is rewarded with more money
  • Thrive in an environment where you can show leadership and initiative
  • Like to work hard, but also set your own hours
  • Understand that service is the biggest differentiator in business
  • Are eager to learn and grow your business skills and want to manage people to achieve your goals.
  • You have money to invest as a down payment in a MOM franchise.

MOM makes it easy to get your business going. You can expect:

  • A quick startup
  • Simple tools and systems
  • A startup customer, courtesy of MOM
  • Training and support before, during and after

As a MOM franchisee, your job is to service janitorial contracts with customers that typically include:

  • Office buildings
  • Multi-tenant condo and apartment buildings
  • Commercial and retail businesses
  • Industrial buildings
  • Gyms and spas
  • Schools and daycare centres
  • Medical and dental facilities

We will help you estimate the value of the contract and make a competitive bid to get the business. These contract values are based on:

  • Building square footage
  • Services required
  • Frequency (daily, 3-times weekly, weekly, etc.)
  • Difficulty of service

In addition to regular revenue through these contracts, a franchisee can also offer high-profit specialty services on as-needed basis, including:

  • Air duct cleaning
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Pressure washing
  • Window cleaning
  • Floor maintenance
  • Post-construction cleaning

As a franchise owner, you will receive ongoing sales, estimating and pricing support from MOM’s teams.

As you become busier, administration could absorb all of your time, leaving fewer hours for more profitable work servicing clients. The MOM business model can help. MOM provides administration, collections and a toll-free helpline, so your valuable time is protected and you can focus on growth.

2. Master franchise

If you’re an experienced executive with the desire to invest in a proven business model that delivers recurring monthly revenues, with virtually unlimited potential, then you’re an ideal candidate to be a MOM Master Franchisee.

Your background should include:

  • Executive or senior management experience and leadership
  • Record of building sales and revenue growth
  • Desire to create a business based on recurring contract revenues and extraordinary growth opportunities
  • Passion for recruiting and motivating people
  • Aspire to meet fresh challenges and are eager to learn
  • Have access to a minimum starting entry fee of $50,000

There’s no greater satisfaction than building your own sales and management business from the ground up:

  • Be an entrepreneur and control your own destiny
  • Build your own team and culture
  • Generate revenue for yourself, not your boss
  • Build equity for yourself and your family
  • Create jobs and economic benefits for your community
  1. You own and operate your own MOM-branded Master Franchise business, which is granted exclusive rights within a specified geographic region.
  2. These rights are to conduct sales and management of janitorial services contracts executed by MOM Unit Franchisees.
  3. To execute these rights, you will develop your territory by acquiring customers and recruiting and selling Unit Franchisees.
  4. Once Unit Franchisee are acquired, you will provide training and administrative support.

As the sales agent, administrator, trainer and supplier of consumables, equipment and back office services, you will receive a portion of each Unit Franchisee’s sales in the form of royalties. Your contracts typically come from:

  • Office buildings
  • Multi-unit residential complexes (condo and rental)
  • Commercial and retail businesses (stores, restaurants, etc.)
  • Industrial buildings
  • Gyms and spas
  • Schools and daycare centres
  • Medical and dental clinics

Simply put, the more MOM franchisees you have in place, and the more cleaning contracts you secure for them, the more revenue your Master Franchise generates. You develop the all-important client and unit franchise relationships and revenue streams, using proven MOM tools and processes, and leveraging MOM support, marketing and back office processes.

It’s a model that works, and that’s easily replicated and scaled up without increasing your administrative load proportionately. In fact, as you gain momentum and support, you can concentrate on the areas that interest you most, from sales and marketing to strategic business development. As a successful MOM Master Franchisee, you’re building a business that generates profits and growth you can bank on.
